Services for HTP residents

With many years of experience in providing audit services to HTP residents, our company offers almost the entire range of analysis and accounting services for your business.

Reporting dates for an HTP resident in 2022:

By February 1, 2022, submission to the HTP Administration of the annual report for 2021 and the report for the 4th quarter of 2021 on the activities carried out by the HTP resident in the form determined by the Park administration;
Until March 31, submission of accounting (financial) statements approved by the General Meeting of Participants (Founders) to the tax authorities;
Conducting a mandatory audit of the annual accounting (financial) statements with the help of an external contractor (audit organization);
No later than July 1, 2022, providing an audit opinion on the results of the audit of the annual accounting (financial) statements to the HTP Administration;
Within a month, but no later than July 15, 2022, the provision of information to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus on the fact of a statutory audit.

Our experts will support you in solving complex accounting and tax issues in accordance with legal requirements, as well as in the preparation of international financial statements (IFRS).

Accounting outsourcing
